Mid-Year Transcript Request: If your college is requiring a Mid-Year Transcript, complete the form posted in the Class 2024 Teams Page:
Official College Transcripts: Transcripts to be send to colleges for your college applications must be requested through your Naviance Account. Prior to any transcript release, all students must complete the "The Moon Area High School Records Release Form 2023-2024". Once completed, your Counselor will be able to release your transcripts to the colleges of your choosing.
Official Scholarship Transcripts: All Scholarships requiring official transcripts MUST complete the form on-line. Once requested, Official Sealed Transcripts can be picked up in the 'Student Pick-Up Area' in the Counseling Center or Mrs. Marciniak will send to the email provided in the form:
