Transcript requests must be submitted by Moon Area High School graduates only.
Parents, spouses, and third-party agencies may not request transcripts via this link.
If MASD is unclear as to the person requesting the transcript, the transcript will not be released.

Transcripts for College Applications
Official College Transcripts
Transcripts to be send to colleges for your college applications must be requested through your Naviance Account. Prior to any transcript release, all students must complete the "The Moon Area High School Records Release Form 2023-2024". Once completed, your Counselor will be able to release your transcripts to the colleges of your choosing through Naviance.
Mid-Year Transcript Request
If your college is requiring a Mid-Year Transcript, complete the form posted in the Class 2024 Teams Page by Ms.Sitko: Sitko, Julie: Mid-Year Grades.
Transcripts for Scholarship Applications
Seniors may obtain unofficial transcripts for all scholarships on their Skyward Account under Portfolio.
Official Transcripts for Scholarship Applications
All Scholarships requiring official transcripts MUST complete the Official Scholarship Transcript Form. Once requested, Official Sealed Transcripts can be picked up in the 'Student Pick-Up Area' in the Counseling Center or Mrs. Marciniak will send to the official transcript to the email provided on the form.
