MAHS student athlete, Haley Smarsh, was recognized for her incredible achievements during the 2024-2025 girls wrestling season.
Haley finished the season with an outstanding 28-9 record, showcasing her hard work, resilience and commitment to excellence on the mat. She captured her second consecutive WPIALS girls wrestling championship and won the PIAA West Region Title, advancing to the state championships as one of the top competitors in Pennsylvania.

A group of talented high school student artists recently volunteered their time and took their talents to Bon Meade Elementary School to paint a mural in the school's sensory room. They were recently recognized at the April 14, 2025 School Board meeting.

Moon Area High School students recently went to Community College of Beaver County (CCBC) where they learned about the academic programs available to them during their junior or senior year of high school.

The Moon Area High School and Middle School Art Clubs, in conjunction with the MAHS and MAMS Club Hope students, recently hosted a second annual Positive Painting Project event.
Students came together to paint positive messages and recognize the power of art for well-being. The Positive Painting Project is a local organization that promotes art for mental health awareness.

Early registration for the Mike & Mary's Miles 5K is open now through May 31!
The third annual Mary and Mike's Miles 5K will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2025. This event funds vocational and educational scholarships for MASD students.
